Drugs and Alcohol Policy

PIR Group has adopted a policy on abuse (or improper use) of alcohol, drugs, and other substance by its personnel in order to help employees to solve the problem, and to avoid damages to the normal working activity of the PIR Group itself.

The legislation in force following the implementation of EU Directive 2019/1937 has envisaged the adoption of measures to encourage employees and/or third parties to report any wrongdoing they become aware of in the context of the employment relationship, ensuring the confidentiality of the whistleblower's identity from the moment of reporting and throughout any subsequent contacts. For this purpose, the PIR Group has established an internal channel for reporting potential violations and has prepared a specific procedure to regulate the methods for reporting.
