Best technology, the most advanced independent terminal in Mediterranean Africa, HSSE directives compliantSSTC oil terminal is located in Zarzis, south of Tunisia close to the important airport of Djerba and well positioned to serve southern Algerian and western Libyan regions. SSTC is engaged in the storage and transhipment of oil products as an independent terminal operator, without any involvement in industrial or trading activities. The terminal is linked to a 8 m draft jetty through two 1,700 m buried pipes and is used by major oil companies for the supply of southern Tunisia as well as the neighbouring countries. The extensive available areas offer the opportunity to enlarge the storage of oil and chemical products, as well as of bulk liquids in general in an area of strong industrial and tourist expansion. SSTC is the only company in Africa to hold all ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certifications. |
